Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

We'll replace it free or refund you in full — your choice, and you keep the original. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. No forms, no hassle, no return shipping.

Lost in transit?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, get in touch and we'll investigate and resolve it — full stop.

Sizing & change of mind

Every pair is printed on demand, just for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But we've got your back: check our Size Guide before ordering, and if a fit issue comes down to a mistake on our end, we'll sort it out.
